According to the company, campus Activewear has set a date for its initial public offering (IPO), which will begin on April 26, 2022, and conclude on April 28, 2022. Campus Activewear Solutions Ltd plans an initial public offering (IPO) to earn Rs.1394.3 crores.
The IPO would consist of an offer for sale of up to 47,950,000 equity shares of Rs.5 each. The retail quota is 35 per cent, with QIB accounting for 50 per cent and HNI accounting for 15 per cent.

The Campus Activewear shoe brand has made a strong debut on Nifty and Sensex despite weak market trends. The stock listed at ₹ 355, which is 21.58% above the yent 278- ₹ 292 release price band per share.
Investors were expecting a decent listing benefits due to the gray market price, a good recommendation by analysts as the largest product of sports and athletic shoes in India. However, negative market sentiment meant that expectations were lowered.
“The company has a great growth path and long-term prospects are good. The current market capitalization of the gray is approximately ₹ 65 i.e. about 22% more than its high band price, and we expect the same listing benefits in this issue.
However, current changing market conditions may be detrimental to its listing. However, we recommend investors to stay with the company longer, ”said Aayush Agrawal, senior analyst at Swastika Investmart.
Listed for posts, the company’s market capitalization stands at ₹ 10,803 crore, according to BSE data.
The gray market showed a 20% listing profit as non-excluded shares of Campus Activewear were priced at ₹ 60 per share.
High touch of Rs 417.70
In the last session of trading, the stock closed with a rise of 30 percent against the price band of Rs 292. On BSE, the company’s stock was listed at Rs 355 with a gain of 21.57 percent. During the day’s trading, at one time it rose by 43 percent to Rs 417.70. Later, the stock closed at Rs 378.60, registering a rise of 29.65 percent.

The stock was listed on NSE at Rs 360, showing an increase of 23.28 per cent over the issue price. Later it closed at Rs 372.65 with a gain of 27.61 percent. Campus Activewear’s IPO was subscribed 51.75 times in April. The price band of the IPO on behalf of the company was kept from Rs 278 to 292 per share.
23% premium on opening
Santosh Meena, Research Head, Swastika Investmart, on the excellent listing of Campus Activewear, said the stock is listed with a 23 per cent premium over the price band. He said, being listed with such a premium in the midst of a weak market shows good fundamentals and business of the company.
300 stop loss
Santosh Meena advises that investors who have invested in IPO for listing gain can put a stop loss of Rs 300. It is advisable to invest money in the stock for a long time. The IPO of Activewear, which opened on campus between April 26 and 28, had received an overwhelming response from investors.
